Connections to add
- Postcode pages. One page per district, such as L1 or M16, linking every listing there. Investors already compare districts, and the location pages quote yields by district.
- Investment band pages. Pages for price and yield bands, such as 7–9% under £200k. These work as filters and as landing pages for search.
- Developer pages. One page per developer with its track record and every development. This answers completion-risk questions directly.
- Investor type pages. A route for each buyer group, linking the listings and guides that suit them.
- City pages. Link every listing from its city page and back again, and link to the five city pages that receive no in-page links. This is the biggest gap, and it needs no new pages.
- Scheme families. Link the off-plan, resale and completed pages of one scheme. The Mill, SoapWorks, The Gateway, Central Park and Embankment Exchange each have more than one page.

From 372 pages crawled on 5 November 2026: the page sitemap, every property page and the location pages. Menus, footers, forms and pop-ups were removed first, so these are links inside the page. The 850 news and guide posts were not crawled, so they may add links that are not counted here, and 11 pages could not be read.

What needs tidying first
- Location pages use two URL patterns:
/investment-property/liverpool/and/properties-overview/leeds/. - 138 campaign landing pages under
/investments/appear in the XML sitemap. - 4 of 40 listings give no postcode district or area that points to one.
- Older listing pages still make "assured" claims, while newer pages use projected and contracted wording.
